Unplug one memory chip and take it to a Computer Hardware Store. They will sell you the right one.

By the way: Nor Crucial or Kingstone have the Premio manufacturer.

Usually either the manufacturer's website or oneof the following will tell you.
http://www.crucial.com
http://www.kingston.com
use th memory configurator, it will give you a list of the compatible memory.
Once you know the type, you can go to Best Buy, Staples, Frye's, Office Depot, etc. to get one, or order online.
