Without knowing what units you're starting with, you can't convert it into feet.

If you are given inches then just divide it by 12 and you have feet.
If you are given centimeters, divide it by 2.54 to get inches, and then divide that by 12 to get feet.
If you are give miles, multiple it by 5280.

So you HAVE to know the original units before you can convert it to feet.
