what is the difference between Linksy's wireless g router and a b router?

well the linksys is better in my oppinion it reaches farther its the kind i use for my nintendo ds for wi-fi so linksys is better! my friend has other one it is not very good

b transfers 11mgs per second and g transfers 54mgs per second. The g system is backwards compatable so if one of the two parts (router and wireless card in computer) of the system is b the othe g your wireless will work at the lower B rate.

the g is backward compatable with b but b is well just b
