why is it being called a racial incident?
Is it just me or does it seem that anything that happens to a non-white person that they don't like considered racist?
If you don't want to get shot by cops, don't resist arrest, don't run from them, and certainly do not try to run them over. I don't care what color you are, if you try to kill me and I have a gun in my hand I am going to defend myself.

Welcome to America!!!!! Where someone else is to blame and you never have to accept responsibility for your own actions. Not to say that Racial Injustice doesn't exist. But if you run from the cops...........expect and *** whooping, or worse.

I agreed do not run from the Cops, but these were undercover and unmark vehicles. If you know any thing about undercover Cops, they never identify themselves. Think!! are going identify yourself, if you are undercover. .Remember a man was being followed after a fight. Defending yourself 50 rounds? I was in Military, I NEVER SHOT 50 ROUND AT ONE PERSON. There was no gun on victim.

you recognize, in basic terms black human beings scream racism while they get arrested with the aid of a white cop. how many white men scream and play the race card if arrested with the aid of a black cop? guy up human beings and take accountability on your crimes. Now, if a white cop had arrested a black guy in a rural area, than perhaps which would be racial profiling, yet heavily in Boston?

Secure in the belief that it will never happen to them white people will always find a way to justify the murder of unarmed innocent blacks by the police.

Good point....sometimes it seems like the majority has lost its right to have respect equal to everybody else, afraid of being called a racist.

exactly. It doesn't matter race, religion...blah blah blah. However the person(suspect) will try to use this as a way to get out free of charge.

I agree. If someone calls a white person a dirty name, it is ok, but if it is a name to a non-white person, it is racist. Don't worry, you aren't alone.
