Usually if you are fired for a good cause you are not elegible for unemployment benefits.

If you are going to be fired, and you go to work, the company will have a hard time denying your unemployment claim. If you are told that if you do not come to work you will be fired, if you don't go to work, you loose unemployment. This is considered a willful act, the same as quiting a job. If this is after the fact, get another job right away. If nothing has happened yet, make sure you go to work. AND LOOK FOR A NEW JOB, you don't like the one you have so get one that is better.

Not only could you be getting terminated, you spelling is a bad as your attendance.
You may have wait thirteen week, BUT unless you are released for 'misconduct', you will be able to collect.
Then you can join the other 'free loaders' of society.
Maybe with your first check, you could invest in an alarm clock with TWO alarms. Place it in the other side of the room so you would have to get you a s s out of bed.
Jobs are hard to come by in this state. Anyone that doesn't safe-guard what they have is a fool. Get you priorities straight.
OH by the way, unemployment benefits in this state only last for 26 weeks, six months.........NO exceptions, and no extensions. Also, those benefits are TAXABLE. I would suggest you have MESC withhold monies or you will have to having a 'nasty-o-gram' from the IRS at some point in the future.

Good LUCK!

Probably won't be eligible. Unemployment is meant to be for people terminated unfairly, like for lack of work. You can check with your state unemployment office, but if HD or whoever has documented your lack of reliability, you won't see any $

You may not be eligible depending upon the companies rules. But very often the company does not reply in time and you get the benefit anyway.

You can if you were fired if they didn't have a legitimate reason, if they were just trying to cut back on the amount of employees than yes you can because that is what happened to my husband last year. it wouldn't hurt to apply. But if they have a reason to fire you , your out of luck.

If it's your fault, you can't get benifits, if you know your gonna get fired, you should start looking for another job.

It really depends if your employer is claiming that you abandoned your job. If that is the case then you will not be eligible.
