I don't know about seeds--but they are among the most easy to propagate. Just take a leaf cutting from a live plant. Make sure there is about 1 1/2 inches of stem attached. Cut it diagonally. Then put the stem in water, with the leaf out of the water. In about 2-3 months, roots should be established. It can then be planted.

I'm pretty sure they are easy to propagate with cuttings....
