he looks at me all the time but never talks to me...when i come outside and he and his friends are out..they look at me and i think they talk about me..but lately i seen him talking to another girl..but still he keeps looking at me...

how old are you both? Maybe he is just a sticky beak. Maybe he has a thing for you. Maybe he is weird! Do you like him? If you don't then don't worry about it. If you do maybe you could try talking to him and initiate a conversation, find something to talk about like a pet or something.
