What I have read in many books and journals, yes, once a rapist always a rapist. It is in their head to do it and they always will.

Hm... I think people can change up to a point, but there's almost always a part of the person that remains from the rapist state of mind...

yes. because once they have done it they are a rapist, they cannot go back and undo it. It like if you murder someone, once you have done it you will always be a murderer.

I think it depends on the circumstances under which it occured.Were they on drugs or are they mentally ill. People do horrid things under the influence or when not on proper medication.
