If your gas warning light appears on your car, how long would it be before your car completely runs out of gas and how many gallons do you have left?I drive a 1996 Honda Accord EX.

About two gallons.

You will have approx 30 to 45 miles. It really depends on the make of your car. I would drive straight to the gas station when you see the light come on. Letting your car run completely out of gas can be bad for your car as well as leave you in a bad situation.

You'd have to check your owner's manual for a better answer, but I have found that about 2 gallons are left in your tank when that warning light comes on.

Depends on the size of your tank and when light goes on and whether you are doing city driving versus highway driving. This infomation should be found in your manual.
You could also do an experiment by filling your tank up when light goes on and seeing how many gallons it took versus how big your tank is.

i own a repair shop,and Honda,s usually has around a gallon and a half left in it as a reserve amount,so you got a few miles left before it will run out,but believe me it will run out,good luck i hope this help,s.

Check the manuel,, when my light comes on, i may can go 10 miles, but no more, each car is different.
