if i buy a house can that terminate my contract on my apartment with out paying the cancellation fee?

i have a contract for 8 months but i will buy a house next month. these that purcahace of a house cancel my contract?

Usually no--why should the apartment manager/owner get penalized because you bought a house.

No you are still under contract for the apartment. Some times the company will only make you pay the rent on an apartment as long as it is empty. So do you know someone who would like to rent the apartment.

No, but if you look for another tenant to take over your contract it should be fine......
