Can I join the Liberal party now to cast a vote for Gerard Kennedy in the leadership election this week?

Kennedy strikes me as courageous enough to fight against the flow while smart enough to knnow the separation of Quebec from Canada is not in anyone's best interest.

You can join the party but you will not be able to vote for the leader of the party.
Delegates that have already been chosen to vote for the next leader of the Liberal party
