Cookies are small files that contain data from some sities such as webmail, forums, and every place where you need to register, and also other that you dont but you select some kind of option. Generaly in forums there is an option to erase all the cookies. The webmail... its probably easier if you dont. And finally, if you want to erase them, go to windows, there is a folder called temp. They will block the acces to it. So use the Clean Disk (it cames with some windows) & you select the option of cookies & the option of temp files of internet.

they attach themselves to each other when you browse the web. click on start, control panel, network and internet connections, then click on internet options once you've done that a box will pop up that says internet properties click on general if it doesn't already show up. It will have homepage, temporary internet files and history. you can delete the cookies and delete the files you can also clear your history.
