I would like to know things other than salary and traveling and stuff...
What are some really good questions to help understand the occupation that your looking into.

Ask simple questions that will lead into more detailed questions.

i.e. How'd you get into that job?
How long have you been doing it?
What's the best part?
etc.

Would you say this is a good job? I mean given a rating of 0 to 10, zero being the lowest, how would you rate this job? That's now, but compared to five years ago? And how about five years from now? Does this work satisfy you, both intellectually, and financially? What's the culture level like in the office between co-workers, I mean, do you get on, do you help one another out, do you take time out together, like any out of the office activities, or such. Do you have any disappointments? Would you really advise me to start working here? etc, etc, etc
