You can try Borders, Waldenbooks, or Barnes & Noble. I'm not sure how FYE is going, because some do carry a lot, while some don't.
However, I can give you online legitimate retail stores that carry anime/manga and they carry discounts and specials.

suncoast is still around for me (in california). if you don't mind ordering online, you should check out amazon.com. you can get a ton of stuff there. cheapdiscountdvds.com too, i think. good luck!

My local comic shop has a very large selection of Anime - Manga & DVDs & Accessories.
If they don't have it they are very well informed about it and can pretty much order me anything I want. Try your local comic shop.
