Certainly. Everyone has been gifted with same human brain by Almighty GOD. Do you remember that when the greatest scientist of universe, Sir Albert Einstein was a student, he was one of the most below average performer? And after his death, biologists discovered that his brain was most used by him than any other human uses, which resulted in to his breath taking gloriuos career. What did he do being an average low performer in school days to become an icon? The simple answer is that he used his potentials. He let his inner potential come out and deliever the best. To every man upon the earth, hidden potential is natural. All one needs is to find out the goal, walk on path of truth and let the hidden resources come out as and when needed. Any of us can become genius. Just think the unthinkable. Take the road that is uncommon and you become a hero. Similarly always believe in yourself and try to work hard with channelize efforts and belief in GOD, HE will help you to come out of all dangers. To this world who conquers the battle, is a genius.

No, I really don't think so. I'm convinced that intelligence is inherited. However, this is not to say that everyone is limited to the IQ of their parents, there are many factors involved in genetic inheritance.

No, based on my experiences intelligence may develop with the help of environment, education & the ability of a man to what extent he/she can be... That is why they call people different from each other, ("individual differences")...

No. Unfortunately intelligence is genetically inherited. However, knowledge and wisdom is more important and can be learned through hard work.

Nope. By the time you're eight, you're either a genius or you're not. If you aren't, then you can't learn to be one.
