I think Romo has benefited from being on the sidelines for the last few years. He has had time to learn from some good quarterbacks and also get a good handle on the playbook. Judging by the way he's playing right now he is going to be a good quarterback for a while. He is very mobile and he's giving the Cowboys another weapon... something Bledsoe couldn't give them....

An Elite QB is only "elite" if he has a good or fairly decent offensive line and also decent WR's. But he has proved to me that he can react well under pressure. Only time will tell if he can be an elite QB. Give him two or three seasons and see what he can do. I would like to see the Cowboys take the Super Bowl, but I don't think that will happen. One thing for sure, he is doing better than Drew Bledsoe did. He is young and has a promising career. In my personal opinion i think he can do really well and become at the least a superb QB, and maby an Elite QB if he has the right team around him.

Tony Romo has been in the wings, so to speak, for three and a half seasons. He has the poise, the ability and the confidence to be successful at quarterbacking the Cowboys. To me, you are not an elite QB until you win a Super Bowl or two. Tony Romo will one day be an elite QB.

Just look at his stats from the past few weeks games. 5 TD this week! I mean, he is the real deal. Give him time to set his status as an NFL great! I say he will lead the Cowboys late into the playoffs in the NFC and possibly to the superbowl.

one year wonder. im only guessing. but i do believe hes a one or two year guy. he has so much to go through and learn. hes on top of the world now with only one loss as a starting QB. imagine when his world crashes down and how his confidence level affects him. this guy is yet to feel the intensity to play a playoff game. so many other things that can affect him like injuries.

He looks good right now but lets wait until next year and see, they have figured Big Ben out this year and last year he looked like the second coming of Bradshaw, I realize Ben has had problems in his life but the teams know how to stop him now.
