I don't know about love songs perse, but I think a man who can play moonlight sonata is always sexy. It is such a moving piece.

Just The Way You Are by Billy Joel (small hint.. the sheet music is wrong. The first chord after the second arpeggio is a sus4)
My Love by Paul McCartney
Making Love Out of Nothing At All by (gag) Air Supply
Your Song by Elton John
All of these were originally done on piano

One of my best friends played "Piano Man" by Billy Joel for me. He also sang along. It was probably the cutest thing anyone has ever done for me.
Also, I would recomend "Your Song" and "Tiny Dancer" by Elton John as long as you sing along.
If you don't want to sing along, go for a more classical piece, or something like "Boston" by Augustana. Make sure when you play it all the way through there is some variation.
Just so you know, playing the piano for a girl is the most wonderful thing you could possibly do. It makes us feel soo special!
Good Luck!

If you can find the sheet music to the song that you first slow danced to with her, that would be really sweet.
If not,
Baby I'm Amazed By You- Lonestar
Bless The Broken Road- Rascal Flatts
I'll Be- Edwin McCain
When I Fall in Love- Josh Groban
When You Say You Love Me- Josh Groban
You're Still You- Josh Groban
Or you could write her a song.
I hope this helps you!

Anne Murray - Danny's Song (written by: Kenny Loggins)
People smile and tell me I'm the lucky one
And we've just begun, I think I'm gonna have a son
He will be like you and me, as free as a dove
Conceived in love, the sun is gonna shine above
CHORUS
And even though we ain't got money
I'm so in love with ya honey
Everything bring a chain of lo-o-o-o-ve
And in the mornin' when I rise
Bring a tear of joy to my eyes
And tell me everything's gonna be all right
Love a guy who holds the world in a paper cup
Drink it up, love him and he'll bring you luck
And if ya find he helps your mind, better take him ho-ome
Yeah 'n' dontcha live alone, try to earn what lovers own

If you can play it with all the power and feeling it deserves, how about "Bridge Over Troubled Water?"
Someone already mentioned Paul McCartney, but I suggest another song--"Maybe I'm Amazed".
Geez, it's so much easier to answer this question for guitar!
