things live and die for a reason... perhaps to make YOU grow as a person and constantly improve yourself... learn your lessons from that cat and reminisce of the good times and know that your cat had a good/bad life... and make the changes with a NEW cat..

I have discussed cloning my pet although it really wouldn't be the same. Although the pet would be the same scientifically it wouldn't be the "same" pet as each pet reacts to situations due to it's individual life experiences just as us humans do.
I think it's best just to keep them forever in our memories.........

No, I would not consider it. The pain of losing something is hard, but happens for a reason. I dont think your pet would be the same.

No. It would NEVER be the same pet as the one you lost. The life experiences would be different and therefore, the pet would be different. It might look the same, but it would not be.

no. i don't want 2 of a kind. not a living thing. even if u cloned it, it won't be like the one before. if i can, i'd rather make the old one live again.

if you clone your pet, you might get one that look alike but it wont have the same personality ..
why not go adopt one from the local shelter

NO! NO! I WOULD NEVER DO THAT. EVEN THOUGH I WOULD BE EMOTIONALLY DEVESTATED OVER THE DEATH OF MY BELOVED PET I WOULD NEVER CLONE THEM. NOTHING IS EVER AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINAL, NO MATTER WHAT! ALL THINGS ARE BORN AND DIE FOR A REASON. NOT TO BE CLONED OVER. SO MY OPINION IS NO!

No because it would never be the same. The personality would be different. It's just not the same. I think it's wrong.
