I found this website, and thought it was pretty interesting... Check it out and let me know what you think... Make sure to click on the links of benifits and all that, I might actually try this out if I start another company.

That sounds awesome, would be hard getting used to, and the company you were working for would have to totally be commited to that... But it would be a nice change to have every day be different and everything. One day, darkness, next light, breakfast at sunset, sun all weekend... Would be cool.

It is interesting but reducing a day and add 4 hours on each day doesn't seem right not because I am used to 24/7.28/6 means longer days and shorter week. Not enough sleep or not tired enough can occur no matter 24/7 or 28/6.You can't really feel the 4 hours extra. But a full day, there a lot of stuff you can do.
Talking about weekend,I'm not a morning person,so,I don't mind missing day light and sleeping through it.

I think after looking at the site I would have to say that although the site was very informative I would still much rather have a 24 hour day I like my light dark schedule and I wouldn't like having breakfast at sunset. I used to work four 10 hour shifts a week they sucked sometimes you need to do things on certain days a four day work week would not allow for such a regimented schedule. That's just my own opinion though some people may like it.

Well when I first read the question, I laughed. I thought this is a joke. But that site really is quite convincing. It reminds me of the proposal to switch to Metric Time (see below). I wonder if the two systems could be combined?
