price varies on how many you intend to make or buy. if you have a Michaels craft store or a Hobby lobby you can generally purchase a kit to make them for around 10 dollars which will probably make you around 5 candles give or take. If you can stand ordering online then just google search it and youll find some decent deals.

Michaels arts and crafts so long as you have one in your area. If not, any larger arts and crafts store should carry it. Then again, there is always the internet!

Have you checked Hobby Lobby or Walmart? Michael's is great too and they send 40% off coupons in their circulars.
