Hi guys, I applied at UPS for a Package Handler position, well I filled out a short form and they said there's nothing else needed. It's been 2 weeks so I am not I am going to be contacted? Also, I filled out an application for Driver Helper and I filled out the job application and all tax forms and have been scheduled for a meeting. I was just wondering, if anyone here knows, does it take a while to get contacted as a Package Handler, or should I apply again later? Also, is the driver helper position any good?

Was there anything on the application that would make them not want you? If not, call and check on the status of the application. UPS should be dying for extra help for the holiday season.

Is there a number which you can call? Another thing to do would be to go to an actual UPS store and ask if they know of how else you can get in touch with someone who handles hiring.
Sometimes putting a name to a face really helps.
