Do you think i'm a weakling?
For the past two weeks i've been doing weight lifting because I want to get better in EXCEL gym because i'm the only one that can only do 2.5 on each side of the 45lb bar in squats. I haven't been getting any better.

For SQUATS I can BARELY do 2.5 on each end of the bar,
LATERAL PRESS I can only do 10lb dumb bells for each arm.
SHRUGS- 15lb dumb bells on each arm
FRONTAL PRESS I can only do 10lb dumb bells
Bench press- 5lb on each end of the bar

So am I a weakling or what? By the way for each excersize I can do at the most 3X10 but sadly sometimes its only 3X7.

Please help. Be honest ok?

Weight-- 112lbs
fat %- 22%
Age-16
Gender-female
Height- 5ft 4.5inches

I mean i'm eating enough. I know that. This is an EXAMPLE of what I would eat in a day---

Breakfast___ Cereal(wheaties), Yogert,water

Snack___Grapes,100 cal. teddy gram pack,water

Lunch___ Hamburger(Wheat bread),water,chocolate milk(ovaltine)

I excersize at least 30minutes-1hour a day.

Water Amount: at least a gallon, ovisally not all at once.

first of all.... if that is all you eat and you exercise.... way way too little. you need more protein, more complex carbs, more veggies and more fruits.
second... you are not a weakling. just starting that is pretty good. weights and may I say advenced exercises for a beginner. u need to work major muscles groups first to build core strength and then train specific muscles. That's not to say that you couldn't lift more by eating better and more foods. Only being 16, your metabolism is raging and add exercise.... you will suffer.
I would never as a gym owner give a program like that to you. Start with the basics.
p.s. there is a david price trying to sell his stuff..... he cookie cutters every answer... not sincere... i bet he does the same for all of his programs.
