I am trying to find out how to run a speed test on my pc currently it is running kinda sluggish and i was told there was a test you could run to find out the speed and how to fix it

www.toast.net. Try to pick a server that is close to you. This is testing your computer's internet speed. If your pc is running sluggish in general, it's probably a software issue or something is sucking your system resources.
