I just saw it and wow... still processing it... Sharon Stone and Demi Moore on the same screen - who knew?

yeah, turkey - I hear ya.

but the thing is - I didn't see this film as a political documentary... I saw it as a fictional drama that just used real people and real time as a canvas to tell a great story.
There were a few bumps in the road... like nobody would have used dialogue like :Wuzzup" in the late 60's... but other than that.... I thought it was awesome.
It was brilliant in the sense that it gave perspective to our modern issues by showing them in context 40+ years ago.

I am also a history buff but I do not agree with using a bunch of fictional characters to tell what is already a top-notch story. Why not go all the way and hire an actor to play Bobby? If the stories are truw and Emilio Estevez took a lot of time off to formulate this film, I would say that his effort was in vain.
