Go off of it one month before you want to try to conceive. Although you CAN get pregnant more easily within a week, doctors recommend waiting at least a month to be sure your body is fully "detoxed."

Good luck, and congrats on your upcoming wedding!

They say it can take up to a year to get pregnant after stopping birth control. But you could get pregnant the first month. So maybe stop taking it a month or so before hand so you won't have to worry about being too pregnant before your wedding. Good Luck!

Your going to want to stop taking it several months before you want to try, that way you will have a pretty good idea of when you will be ovulating. They say that you don;t have to stop a few month prior, but I am now on my 3rd month of TTC and I didn't give my body any time to adjust to life w/o bc.

Good luck to you.

You should be able to conceive when you stop. Take your time, don't rush into having children. Get off the bc now. you should give it some time and then do your thing. just have him use protection
