She is currently at a 38D natural and she wants to go up?
How big do they need to be?! Good grief. If she gets any bigger she won't be able to buy all the cute bras with matching pantie sets. After a certain size bras just aren't sexy they are functional.
She needs counseling about self-worth and self-esteem.

Well, if her big ole' 38ds are starting to sag and look a bit worn out, she might think some implants will give them new life, so to speak.
I happen to like soft, natural looking breasts with a bit of "hang' to them.
Unless your going to spend thousands on a boob job, they're never going look very good. They always "look" like a boob-job.

First of all, let her know you love her the way she is and that you feel that she doesn't need any plastic surgery!
I'm a 38DD and I too wanted implants. Not because I wanted them bigger but because I wanted them to be more perky then I decided on a breast lift. Maybe that is what she is looking for too? You could suggest that to her (in a nice way!!).

I say let her know that this is not a one time thing. I've had friends who have had this done before, and, every ten years or so, they either start leaking or other complications with them. You ending up spending more money to maintain them than it is worth having them.

Well your wife and I are the same size, I think they are smaller than I like, but oh well. I am thankful that they are mine and healthy and will be satisfied with what God gave me. Tell her (and show her) how much you appreciate her for who she is.

38D? c'mon what is she complaining about i am a 44DD now who needs a REDUCTION?? and she wants more please these things aren't all they are cracked up to b and mine are natural! My back hurts and my bras cost a fortune!
