I think the perfect gift is something from your heart.
Something that you put a lot of effort in.
Like a poem, a card, anything.
Sure, you can buy him a $50 shirt.
But it doesn't come close to something you put your heart into.

The best gift I can think of is a long lasting good memory. Clothes you wear out, some presents break but take a whole day and spoil him rotten, take him on a boat ride with a meal included, a bottle of beautiful wine, take photos and frame them.... that's what life is about, not what we dress up like......... be happy

The perfect gift should be totally unexpected and fit his interests.
What is important to him? Use your imagination and choose something that he would not buy for himself. It need not be expensive, just thoughtful.
