I have a coin. It's 1999 United States Of America 1 oz fine silver - One dollar. The front is painted and all that stuff... If you could let me know how much it's worth or a site where I can find out, that'd be great, Thanks =]

It used to be just a nice American Silver Eagle. It was painted up as a souvenir type item and has lost it's coin collector value. Most collectors consider it a damaged coin. It is now more a conversation piece than anything else. Forget about taking the paint off, that will cause more damage. Someone is also apinting up the state quarters they too will be hard to sell on the secondary market.
