I have seen this a couple times. Once in the police section a guy flunked out of law school then recommended a young woman who stole from a department store just plead guilty to the misdemeanor and bargain for a lower fine!

Today, a paralegal opined that a will gifting to a dog will override the money going to the wife and kids. The advice people get on this site is sometimes frightening.

Do you agree? What are your horror stories?

First, get your facts straight before you go off on the answers. I am the paralegal who answered the dog will question. He asked if he could not if he did what would happen. The law states that he can give whatever is legally his to whoever he pleases, not that someone wont contest the legality of doing this. I never stated that his choice was right or moral given the fact that this was possibly overlooking his kids.I just answered his question as he asked it. So get your facts straight and understand the question being asked first before you half read the answer. This is how you get horror stories.

All l can say is that we all ( or most of us anyway ) try to help a little. I have had some great answers and advice on questions l have asked in the past, so no complaints here. I get more annoyed when idiots get on here with pathetic questions.( not at all directed at you, l mean the real nut cases !1) Also to Kurtbiewa, l would be interested in reading your book !!

no, its really bad for people to lie and misrepresent

hmm, my horror stories ?

Mostly boredom and lost loves and lost potential I guess.

Mental hospitals too. Some bad things to tell about that if anyone ever wants to hear it. Maybe I should write it down. I remember maybe 60% too. At least from my point of view. Names too.

I agree. It is scary. I have a friend who is a dental assistant and critisizes every dentist out there. And of course she could do a better job then my dentist. I'd have no teeth if listened to her.
