is there a site where you make a summary for a story, post it on the site, and then different people apply for different characters in the story, and then we start building the story.
it's like for example, in little red riding hood (although the stories are gonna be a lot more complicated than that) i could be little red riding hood, another person can apply to be the wolf, the other the grandma... etc
and then we start writing, one person at a time. like, i write about how happy i was, clutching my basket of goodies and skipping on toward grandma's house, then the wolf writes and says how excited he became when he saw the little girl.....
you juse create a story from there.
does anyone know of a site like that?
or if you don't, is anyone interested in doing this with me?

I am not sure, but the idea sounds intriguing. Have you ever gone to a website that has a chat room and asked people who frequent that site? If you go to Baen's Books and sign in on that site, you can then access the chat room or the Bar and toss your questions back and forth with not only other people like yourself, but with the actual authors of sci-fi/fantasy books themselves. Try it, it never hurts to acquire too much information.

I have seen these before. They are usually fan fiction type sites, though. Type "literary message board," "book message board," or "writers message board" into Google and see if something comes up.

If you are interested in healthful eating, sparkpeople.com is a site that focuses on that. However, there is a FANTASTIC group on there called "Spark Bookworms," and I am sure there are people in there (including myself) who would do this with you.
