PCI? Are you sure you don't have an AGP slot? If you just have PCI slots then you are pretty much screwed. PCI is two graphics interfaces old. In lieu of that you have two options. Either get the Radeon X1300 which is PCI and should run all those (not to the best that they can be run but run none the less) or buy a whole new computer that supports PCIe graphics card.

You can pick up an X1300 for about $115 here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814129062&ATT=14-129-062&CMP=OTC-pr1c3grabb3r

A new computer will run you about $1000 - 2000 depending on what parts you want. Stop by www.ibuypower.com if you are in the market for a new computer. For a good gaming computer you will want...

Processor
AMD FX or X-2
Intel Core 2 Duo (as much as I hate to admit it)

RAM
At least 1024MB

Graphics
nVidia 7xxx or better (7800 is a good place to start stay away from the 7950 GX2 though)
ATI x1xxx (x1800 or better)

Hard Drive
7200 RPM SATA or better

Basically everything else is just what you prefer though you might want to get one of those Ageia PhysX physics processors if you have the cash.

To test your current computer to see if it can run those games of which you speak go to www.srtest.com.
