A dangerous question to ask on such basic information and of course you must seek medical advice. Could be dozens of things though ..... could be a body toxin or a neurological disorder. Get an opinion asap!

time to see a doctor. make sure your diet is good. see a doctor have a cuppa tea and watch neighbours. then go see a doctor.
