When my 360 broke, the light on the Power Brick turned red. If 3 of the 4 lights around the power button are red, then its busted. Call Microsoft and they will help you troubleshoot it, which didnt work for me, and if it doesnt work, you should be able to send it in depending on when it was made. I got mine in 2005, so I go my console replaced for free. You should get it back in about 2 weeks if you send it in. So, normally if the light's red on the Power Brick, then the lights around the Power Button will be red which means unless they can help you fix it over the phone, youll be 360less for a few weeks.

unless your talking about the wireless controller charging thing...then your okay
