Probably hibernation urges. Hibernation is triggered by shortening daytimes and reducing temps- you may not have changed the water temps, but if the room is cooler, the water may be as well.

Lighting is also a trigger- even the difference between your tank lighting and the window lighting can do it.

The problem is that if they don't get the chance to totally hibernate, they waste away.

The trick is to use lights and temps to create a 'super summer'. Boost temps a few degrees and set the lighting to be nice and bright for about 10 hours a day.

She may have an infection. Our red eared sliders did the same thing and after treated with antibiotics they ate again. We bought some medication at the pet store and followed directions.

if the weather temp is dropping i would raise the temp of the water in her tank. I would start feeding live food or meat. Checking for infection is a good idea too. She may refuse to eat if the tank is too small, the atmosphere is too noisy, or if other tankmates are disturbing her

If the food is too big for her mouth than get a spoon and crush it up in to small peaces so it is easier fer her to eat her food.
