Im really trying to figure out if I should get a PS3 yet. I probably wont get it until next year or so. I sorta want a PS3 because I have been doing some research on it. So if your smart with these systems then can you please give me a comparison on the graphics, games, ect. And explain to me why I should or shouldnt get a PS3. Thanks so much.

Looks like there's a fanboy giving out wrong information. There's no way that the Wii's graphics can compare to the PS3 or 360. Just look at the specs, and specs don't lie. Even Nintendo has concede that their graphics aren't as good as the PS3 and 360. Nintendo has said it doesn't care about graphics. It wants to make the players feel like they're a part of the game.
People need to stop saying that the Sixaxis technology is based on the Wii-mote technology. If it was, Nintendo would be more than happy to sue Sony over copyright patents. Sixaxis doesn't work in the same way as the Wii-mote.
To be totally honest with you, there's really no need to get a PS3 at this point because the good games haven't come out yet. It's probably going to be around fall 2007 before you see the heavy hitters. Took the 360 about a year to release its heavy hitters, and the same is probably true for the PS3.
But further down the line, you should get a PS3. Whether or not you want to spend 600 bucks to get it as soon as the heavy hitters are released or wait until there's a price drop, it's up to you.

You really don't need a PS3(it's garbage and is not worth $600) when you already have a 360 and a Wii. You already have the perfect combo, great graphics and fun game play. The 360 has been out for a year, as you know, and has the most games. However, the Wii launched with more games than the PS3 and the Wii games are better. The 360 has pretty much the same graphics as the PS3 anyway.

I would say play up all of the "awesome" games for the 360 and Wii before considering getting a PS3. The sticker is a bit too much right now. Plus, there are a lot of systems crashing. If you're still into the games on the PS3, after about 6 months to 1 year, and you have the $, why not?

If you have the money to,then I say go for it.There are some games that come out for certain systems,that you may not have.Take Saints Row for example,you will not find that on ps2 or regular X-box.I myself am an more into X-box 360.I've heard the graphics on the PS3 are incredible.I personally wouldn't be able to explain comparisons.I do not own a PS3.If the graphics are better then X-box 360,I definitely suggest buying it...

I believe the real question here is "Do I need a life" I don't want to insult you (Risk losing points) but do you have a lot of money? Anyways if you are as unamused at this as I would be look at the link below and you'll see that the PS3 will "rape"all other systems in terms of awsomeness which is why I am waiting for it instead of buying both the next Gen sytems.

I wouldnt because
-Xbox 360 graphics are (i would say) the same.
-If you already have a 360 and Wii,why would you really need a PS3? lol
-Games are extemely good on the 360 and the Wii is fun for gameplay.
-Better online play on 360

dude if you already have a wii then there is no need in rushing to buy a PS3 cause:
1. the PS3 controller is a complete scam of the wii controller with the motion sensing
2. the graphics on a ps3 are not that good compared to those of a wii and there are more games with the wii more swinging of the controller with games like Zelda.
so overall if you want to get a PS3 and you already have a wii and a 360 like me then just wait. but if you want to gloat to your friends like i did then get a 3

if u can afford it buy it if not o well. its all the same any ways. the companis just want to get mad money! cant u see that microsoft realesed the 360 way before the wii and ps3? they used to all help eachother make money but micrcosoft turned on them!!! thats what i heard
