My favorite flowers is carnations even though I like the smell of honeysuckle. Unless I buy flowers myself, I don't get flowers very often and I enjoy getting them.

I love getting flowers! I particularly like mixed bouquets or something dramatic. Roses are nice, though a bit cliched. If I get roses I want a type with a very strong scent. Buy yourself flowers! You deserve them!

I love getting flowers. I am just as happy receiving a single flower, than I am to get a huge bouquet. My fave flower? Wild flowers, even though I know they can't be bought. My kids used to bring me them, when they were little. There's nothing like the smell of Blue-bells or a freshly picked Wild-rose. Ohhh ... the best smell in the whole world .... purple lilacs!!

Actually, I like GIVING flowers to my bride of 42 years.
You may want to suggest to your beau that he buy you Alstroemeria. These are also known as Peruvian Lilies.
They are on long stems and look like small multi-colored lilies. They come in many beautiful colors, but avoid the blue ones, they are artificially colored and don't last too well. The blooms last for WEEKS, yes - WEEKS. The secret is to buy the bouquets with as many buds as you can, rather than many open flowers. They will all open over time and will last a long time. We love 'em AND they are not expensive - how neat!

I enjoy getting flowers, but prefer a plant with flowers. Cut flowers die too quickly. My favorite flower is yellow roses, but I cannot keep them alive.

I love flowers except for mums because they are related to ragweed and make me sneeze. I love lilacs and daffodils for the smell. But I really prefer getting daylilies to plant in my garden.

Yes, but i prefer that my fiance gets me flowers in a pot so i can plant them and keep them a little longer then cut flowers. I love violets and tulips!

No, I don't like getting flowers because they die too quickly. I think it is a waste of money and would rather my children buy me dinner or a houseplant.

i like getting any kind of flowers. My favorite is Lotus, of course no one can't gift that.
