I would say he is so uncool he is cool. He was once Walker Texas Ranger, then all of the sudden there are all these random jokes about him. Teenagers especially find these jokes hilarious. I think some are pretty funny, my favorite is also the Chuck Norris can slam a revolving door and also Chuck Norris invented black. In fact, he invented the entire spectrum of visible light. Except pink. Tom Cruise invented pink. They are just jokes meant to entertain, with no real purpose.
