is it illegal to have a goldfish in like a circular glass bowl?? because i saw someone say it and i thought it was a stupid law!

No such law that I am aware of and I've been an attorney since 1993. The next time you are confronted with someone making a silly statement like that, ask them for their source. Too often I see people repeat untrue statements just because they "sound" true.
You've heard the expression "cleanliness is next to godliness"? People repeat it as though it were in the Bible yet it isn't and neither is the expression that "The Lord helps those who help themselves."

Yes. all over the world its the same. do people in jails have circular jail cells. NO they dont, fish or our prisonors. they would rather be in a lake.Its is NOT a stupid law.no laws or stupid,especially in the States. they wouldnt be laws if they were stupid, would they?Your not a true American if you question authority. Nope - there are no laws that I know of that protect goldfish; after all, you can purchase them for food for other fish!
