They are as big as they are going to get, There next game will be up against the big boys, since they have qualified for a BCS game, I sincerly hope they win if they have to play Notre Dame because Notre Dame does not desreve to be in a BCS game..but either way if they win thier next game that will be big for Boise St.....Oh Yeah... Go Trojans..USC

Boise State is a great team and will probably end up in the Fiesta Bowl - they will probably play Oklahoma or Nebraska. I don't know how they will do against a big program, but it is a great story either way. Similar to what Utah did 2 years ago.

This year... you're probably looking at playing in the Fiesta Bowl (Jan.1st, 8:00PM Eastern)against a 10-2 Oklahoma team. As far as future seasons go, it will be up to the school to get major programs on their schedule to create a tradition of winning football.

The problem is that they get turned down by several big football schools because they don't want to be beat by them, only bad things can happen not too much good by beating them. If they get a BCS bowl bid and don't get embarrassed they will get more respect. I think, although I don't know how possible it is, that they must go to a better conference to get to play more quality games with bigger teams.

They could do very well if they follow in the footsteps of Fresno State which schedules non-conference games against the big guns. They will have to beat bigger game and stay away from the punching bags if they want to move ahead.
