this is algebra 1

1) multiply whole eqn by -1
2) plug in -x wherever u see x
3) multiply whole eqn by 2
4) plug in 2x whever u see x

* -f(x) = -√ 1 - x^2
* f(-x) = √ 1 - x^2
* 2f(x) = 2√ 1 - x^2
*f(2x)= √ 1 - 4x^2
