If f(x) = √ 1 - x^2...write an equation for each of the following related functions.

* f(-x)
* 2f(x)
*f(2x)

this is algebra 1

1) multiply whole eqn by -1
2) plug in -x wherever u see x
3) multiply whole eqn by 2
4) plug in 2x whever u see x

* -f(x) = -√ 1 - x^2
* f(-x) = √ 1 - x^2
* 2f(x) = 2√ 1 - x^2
*f(2x)= √ 1 - 4x^2

Answer 3

-f(x)=-√1-x^2
f(-x)=√-1+x^2
2f(x)=2√1-x^2
f(2x)=√1-2x^2
