I really don't know any country but I know there are many break up songs to work with there so I've attached a link for you to look, but I have some Pop/R&B songs to work with.
Caught Out There (I Hate You So Much Right Now) - Kelis
Irreplaceable - Beyonce
Since You Been Gone - Kelly Clarkson
He Wasn't Man Enough For Me - Toni Braxton
I Wish I Wasn't - Heather Headley
No Gon' Cry -Mary J. Blige
Good Luck on getting over it. The Kelis song and the Mary J. Blige song might help you let out some of the rage.

"Single Again" - The Fiery Furnaces
"One Time Too Many" - Phoenix (these two are poppy breakup songs where people just took way too much punishment, though still poppy)
"Rebellion (Lies)" - The Arcade Fire (It's kind of anthemic while remaining listenable in all occasions)
"Your Ex Lover is Dead" - Stars (not really heavy or angry, but the message is there)
"Your Kisses are wasted on me" - The Pipettes (great song about not liking your ex-boyfriendd)
I figure by the time I'm done this, about a million songs fitting the mold will have been posted up, so I'm offering variants to the formula in case you feel like it.
