Raking leaves...
Cleaning up yards
washing cars (yeah even when it's cold people like their cars clean)
Chores around the house--if your parents will go for it

If you want a way to make more money, id say eBay.
When I was 13, I made 800 in a few months.
Get your parents to make you a PayPal account if they trust you, sell ebooks, wholesale, sell those get rich quick guides. What I did was I collected information on how to get free gift cards from companies by sucking up to them, and I sold that on eBay for $4.99 each, and I had over 50-60 people buy it. But eBay fees are not so fair.

Rake leaves for the neighbors, shovel snow, find an older person and ask them if you could help them with anything, like taking out the trash or sweeping the side walk washing the car.

allowance, work, sell lemonade, do odd jobs like mowing the lawn...if all else fails make them something out of love, the holiday is to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, it is not about how much you send on someone

Steal the money from your parents. As long as it's a good gift, you're repaying them!
