I'm going to a 70's party. I wanted to do fake eyelashes and the whole deal. I just don't know anything about the the 70's look especially for black people. I am medium brown (I wear MAC NC45) with brown eyes and black hair. Any suggestions?

you have two options:
try the mod look
that is technically 60's, but it went into the 70's and when i wear mod makeup, and i have the same skin tone as you...so on me it has a 70's vibe
use liquid eyeliner on your top lashes and wing it out. on the bottom, use pencil eyeliner BELOW the lash line to give you those big saucer eyes. put on the false eyelashes and put a ton of mascara both your top and bottom lashes 9google twiggy for some picture ideas let the rest of your face nude, except for a little bit of pale blush

Shiny nude lips and big "Twiggy" eyes. Frosty blue, kelly green, or golden eye shadow. Fake eyelashes with lots of black mascara. Don't forget to fill in your brows with a shade lighter than your natural color (powder with brush is better than pencil). Nude blush. Minimal or sheer foundation - no powder -just a natural glow.

For your eyes, like bright blue eyeshadow would look cool. Also there is a webiste,

Use blue eyeshadow all they way up to your eyebrows. Put it on THICK!
