There are a few that scare me like when the ghost lady from the grudge shows up or when the music starts up but the worst is in the movie "When a stranger calls back" Sequal to the orginial and the police are in the killers apartment and as the camera pans the room (after they left) he opens his eyes (he painted to look just like the wall paper and its pattern.) I almost jumped out of my skin!!

The creepiest scene in a movie that i would answer would be.....
Pulp Fiction.
the scene at a drug dealers home when Mia's dying on the floor from an drug overdose and she needs to get an injection of adrenalin straight to her heart.
after the frantic searching and yelling to find a black box with the adrenalin shot, Vincent lifts the needle up above his head in a stabbing motion and looks down at Mia and gives her the shot to the heart.

The original ALIEN movie when the baby alien breaks through the crewman's stomach was totally original (an unexpected).
Original Halloween when Michsel Meyers, who had just been stabbed countless times, and is seen in the background, sits up.
Jaws, when the shark 1st appears as Roy Schneider is throwing chum in the water.

In the movie The Audition, the girl puts these long acupuncture needles in her boyfriend's eyes and twists them. UGH, hate anything near my eyes!!!
And when his foot hits the sliding glass doors, splat!!!! Almost funny!
in Hostel when he cuts the girl's dangling eye, again, hate eye stuff.
In A Tale of Two Sisters, when the girl is under the sink in the kitchen and they show it very quickly and it is just creepy.
