If I sell my own property do I disclose my Broker's info? By using Winforms, is it OK to use forms with broker's info affixed at the bottom of the forms?

You can use their format, but NOT their name. As for the 'Broker's information', that is also not advised. If your contract with the Broker has concluded, you are entitled any information they have. They did not sell it, and you paid something for the service, correct?
If you use their name and logo, their will be looking for their com-
mission on the sale.
It is ALSO good advise to have an attorney look over the paperwork at the closing. Find one in the yellow pages, or ask friends.

The fact that you're licensed to sell real estate does have to be disclosed to the buyer prior to entering into a contract. It also has to be in the contract.

If you're asking whether or not you need to run the transaction through your broker, well that depends on the agreement you signed with him when you came on board. If it's not outlined there, then he may require his split. Ask. Any way you look at it, you want to make sure you still have E & O insurance on the transaction.
