In the morning. The hormones are much stronger when you first get up in the morning than any other time of day.

Mornings are the best time to take Pregnancy tests, thats is b/c the hcg hormonme has had time to build up over night. But if you are farther along than like a month then you could probably take them at anytime of the day and get the right answer

First morning urine is the best. Lots of tests say anytime in the day but the highest concentrations are in the morning

The first am urine is best but I read your Am I pregnant? question and if you were suppose to start on the 17th and haven't... anytime is probably OK for a urine test. My period was suppose to start on Nov 21 but didn't, I took a test on the 22nd in th evening and it came out positive. Good Luck and Take Care.

The best time is in the morning with your first urine specimen. It has the most HCG (pregnancy hormone) in it, with is need detect if your pregnant. Good Luck

they say morning but i have taken tests in the afternoon and have come out positive but morning is the best.

either that day or the next.but i think that you should go to the doctors and let them do a test to see. because alot of the test you take lie.
