i would rather be poor and happy because then i would have to work for everything i had. when you work for what you need, want, and have then you have happiness because you know that you worked hard for the things in your life. and to me that is happiness.

Well, I am poor and happy now - so I would try rich and miserable for awhile and see how I like it!

I am fairly poor but not always completely happy. When I'm down and feeling sorry for myself, I try to remember I could have it a whole lot worse! I'm usually happy so I'll take poor & happy!

Why would you be happy if you poor and miserable if ur rich.Im rich and really happy and cheerful i love my life.

I would rather be in a rich family like the royal family but I know my parents would or wouldn't be nice. I would be famous and I can be a princess and an actress in one. It's a risky life but I don't care if it's too risky to be in the royal family but I would be happy if I had rich parents.

I am poor and happy, although I wouldn't mind being above the poverty line so that I could buy gifts for the people I love, and others.

money can buy a lot and things certainly make happiness easier - but I think that if you're a happy person, it doesn't matter if you're rich or poor.
Personally, I'd rather be happy in every circumstance.
