He is one of the best guitar players of all time. Can't see how he is sloppy at all. Tell those guitar players to listen again to either Led Zeppelin I, II or IV.

Jimmy Page was a pioneer. That's why he was great. Have you ever listened to Jimi Hendrix? Some might consider his style sloppy, even though he's like Jesus' second cousin. He played stuff that made people's jaws drop. He was a pioneer. Both him and Page were innovators.

Its his style of guitar which made Led Zeppelin big, he might be sloppy or raw, but he still one of the best guitar player I've heard.

I dont think he is sloppy.Notice how you said his technique,he made his own stlye of playing that is what was so great about him.he is a very good musicain
