The earth had like 20 babies. They are other planets. They are all grown up and have moved away to other galaxies. Now the earth uses birth control, so this doesn't happen any more.

According to the Bible, the first human baby on earth was Cain, the son of Adam and Eve. It's been calculated that the Earth is 6,000 years old according to the beginning of Genesis.
Of course, scientists say that the earth is millions of years old. If Adam and Eve is a mythical fable about creation, then several first babies would have been born to human beings at the same time. However, some scientific evidence or theory says that all humanity is descended from one human ancestor from Africa, and that would gell with the Adam and Eve story.

That's a complicated question. Are you asking when the first human baby was born? Or just the first life was formed?
As far as we know life first formed on Earth about 3 Billion years ago, as single-celled organisms.
As far as human life goes, the oldest known fossil remains of modern humans (homo sapiens sapiens) are about 130,000 years ago.
