As long as you state your wishes in writing via a will, you can leave whatever you have to whomever you want in case of death. In this case Id have witnesses to your signature on your will and leave a copy of it where it will be easily found in case of your demise. You may want to leave a copy with each of your witnesses too and possible family. You do not have to let your family know of the contents til your death either.

Your wife has a right to a good chunk of your estate which is your property after you die. This is the law in New York and I would hazard to guess everywhere in the world too!

Does society want the state to support the wife and kids if you died? I mean, how will she care for herself and the kids after you pass?

You might consider transferring all of your assets to a Swiss Bank Account and setting up a trust there to accomplish this!

Rob, you rock!

Five questions!

1. If you were trapped in a fire as you say, I assume you were unable to get out by yourself. How then could a "Dog" have gotten you out?

2. Is this really true?

3. Are you bored?

4. The "Dog" to which you refer! is it actually an animal or is it your mistress?

5. Have you thought about getting treatment?

Question: if your wife came in and tried to save you and you BOTH died, what would your kids do? Live a terrible life in care homes most likely.

Do you think MAYBE your wife (have the gift that most men lack of foresight) did a quick calculation in her head "he's big enough and ugly enough to try and get out, my kids are dependent on us... .maybe i should not risk their future because my egotistical husband needs saving"

Funnily enough, my mother was down the stairs with a quick "fire" and tap on the door when our house caught fire. I don't resent her or think she doesn't love me.

Bottom line is, you probably have issues regardless of the this (let me guess, you had kids and suddenly YOU werent centre of attention?).....

Leave your money to charity but imagine the pain and hurt your children will feel to think that daddy hated them so much he'd rather leave all his money to dogs. Assuming you're ok with the hurt do it. And maybe 'do one' out of their lives because they could probably do without a father who resents them.

(ps to give all assets to charity for genuine reasons is admirable. And if it is out of the kindness of your heart, go for it. If it is part of a revenge plan, get therapy)

yes you can but you will have to leave the dog to someone whom you trust will take care of it.. i mean a dog cant take care of them self.. see a lawyer. oh you may need to add if the dog comes up missing the person caring for it wont get his weekly fund and in the event of a unexplained death the money goes to the local animal shelter.. but you should also add that once the dog has lead a full and happy life and that the only way it could be put down was if it died on its own or the vet had deem it necessary to do so that the care giver be the remaining aire .. and don't forget to give them enough each week for care of the dog

Your spouse stayed outdoors because it became too risky to move decrease back right into a burning homestead. Leaving all of your resources on your 2 dogs and leaving out your family contributors must be contested in court docket. positioned aside a sum on your Will to seem after your dogs and go away something else on your spouse. it rather is the way it ought to nicely be.

I'm not so sure if u can leave it to your dog but u can definitely leave it to charity but if u leave it to yoUr dog your dog cant spend it but whoever is taking care of your dog who i presume would be ur wife or family will automatically get it neway so if u don't want them having it then leave it to charity but think about it do u really want to leave your family with nothing its a big decision to make be sure your thinking about it with a clear head

there's lots of people who leave their assets to their pets...i heard about an old lady who left over a 100 grand to an animal charity...no one knew how rich she was until she died, she also had them take care of her dog and give it a life of luxury....i guess you can yes...but wouldn't it be better if you left it to your wife and child...they will need it more than your dog will...your wife was prolly scared to go back into a burning house....that's why she didn't help you get out

I wouldn't expect my wife to come in after me when her first priority would be the children. What if she did and you both died which left your children parentless. By leaving your money to a dog charity or whatever would not be fair on your wife and certainly not your children. I'd rethink if I were you.
Strange!!!
